The Sales and Curation Lead (formerly assistant) role was a new position created by EWA, marking their transition from a small independent business to a nationwide name in the creative studio sector. Among many things, this position offered me a unique opportunity to study and identify current trends within the creative industry

In addition to updating and optimising client communications and CRM solutions to better

understand client requirements and improve their user experience, I also found fulfilment in the

curation of a number of resident and external exhibitions, collaborations, and events.

My curiosity and enthusiasm for the creative vision of each event aided in fostering dynamic,

collaborative relationships and opened opportunities to learn more about each client’s journey

while facilitating further opportunities for their continued growth.

(Added responsibilities included conducting viewings, creating and managing studio leases,

and reporting on lead trends to the broader team.)
